Looking to lease about 1000acres for deer hunting rights. Could careless about Turkey's. Want to keep it in the low country sc Aug 15th to Jan 1st hunting season

Allendale barnwell Aiken is what I really want. But I'm open to more if its worth looking at and has potential

I have 850 in western Bamberg but land in this area is very hard to find.

Think most of the pressure on land (and prices) comes from the long / early season and the fairly predictable velvet buck opportunities.

Not so easy with bow but very easy with rifle.
