Has anyone ever had this happen? I was trolling today and it happened twice. I have the Ultrex and I had to go to foot control. The prop quit turning and if turning I couldn't get speed buttons to work. After running the foot for a while the hand held started working again. It seemed to unpaired and repair. Any thoughts?

Try some contact spray in the connectors. Mine gets moisture in it and gets a little corrosion.

I had two go out in one year. It used to be a common the repair tech told me. I was forced to buy a new remote each time
Haven't had it but a few months and has never gotten wet.
I had the same thing in reverse. wireless foot control would quit after a few minutes. Minn Kota sent me 3 new foot controllers all had the same thing happen. The remote fob worked fine. Just was un handy working in thick cover, timber and stumps.
