My Annual Healthy Meal, and it was good....

My version of a Greek salad.

Salad: Poisonous Romaine lettuce, red bell peppers, maters, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, Mandarin oranges, walnuts, feta cheese.

Chicken: marinated all day in olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. Grilled with some traditional Greek pecan smoke.

Dressing: homemade Greek vinaigrette.

This was delicious. I about hurted myself.

I love a good salad. I remember growing up we would stop at Shoney's every once in a while and a lot of the time I would get the AYCE Salad Bar as my meal - even as a teenager.

Ain't nothin wrong with that salad! Looks good!
