This Was Forevermore Good

Sliced some romaine lettuce heads in two longways, brushed a little oil on them, and grilled them just long enough to get a little charred grill marks on them and wilt a little. Topped them with grilled chicken breast, bacon, oranges, walnuts, maters, cucumbers, feta cheese, and homemade Greek dressing. It was delicious. Good hot day summertime meal.

Arlo growled and barked for the chicken and bacon, yep. He has also always loved maters.
And my wife immediately said I was gonna make this again. Soon.
