My friends first bear!

I'm so happy I was able to help my friend get not only with his first bear, but his first animal harvest Ever! A brand new hunter that has followed me into the mountains for the past 2 seasons and we finally made it happen!
This is what it's all about! Making memories that last a lifetime.

I’m gonna guess 100lbs. I’m putting his buddy at about 175.

Probably the best first bear weight, very comfy pack between two people.

It was right at 100. My friend is around 6'3. We poled it out of the backwoods and carted it about a mile down the old logging roads back to the truck. It wasn't too bad.
