Need some mount style ideas!

I was considering trying to get my latest buck mounted with his mouth open and some corn. He had been going back and forth between chasing and feeding on loose corn and protein when i got him and even had a few pieces in his mouth when i found him so i thought it may give this mount a “unique” look. Has anybody done/seen anything similar? Thanks

Mouth open is going to be very pricey.
I have joked about a corn kernel plaque though.

I think a few pieces glued in wouldn’t be very noticeable but it would give it some wild detail and just be a neat story

Mouth open is way more work for your taxidermist. I think it’s an awesome idea. The way I want one mounted my taxidermist said $1500 ten years ago.

I admire you for wanting to relive the hunt in your mount. I always do that with any of mine. Even euros. My coyote is done different. My hog was done up just as he was when I shot him. Gnarly and muddy. My velvet buck was done just as he kept doing before I unzipped him.......licking. I can only say what I've thought of doing..............

Whole dried half unshucked ear of corn in his mouth. I've seen some done. A quality taxi who listens and wants to satisfy a customer........will handle it.
