After seeing a few "poon tip" knives on some other forums I got inspired to make one. This is the first time that I have tried grinding a swedge so I didn't know how it was going to turn out, but I am happy with the results. Thank you Scott for explaining how to do this over the phone!
Here are some specs and pics
CPM D2 blade
1/8" thick
Hollow ground
Satin grinds with mill scale flats
Black canvas micarta scales with a blue liner and black micarta liner
OAL: 10" Edge: bit over 4.75"

Let me know what you think!

That turned out great, cool harpoon and handle looks nice too. I've got the same color combo planned on a knife for a LEO buddy.

Thanks guys. I didn't know about "poon tips" either until recently. The correct name is actually harpoon tip but a lot of guys just call them poon tips.
