No pictures. However grilled some pork steaks directly over Royal Oak All Natural charcoal briquettes last night for supper. Deeeeeelicious. If you haven't tried pork steaks, have the meat market slice a boston butt into 1/4 inch slices. Then salt and pepper and grill. To me best over charcoal, but have had cooked with indirect heat and wood smoke on reverse smoker. I much prefer to port chops, pork loin or pulled, shredded or chopped smoked whole boston butt.
