Porterhouse steak?

I am new to Hinesville... well actully lived there for over a year but only resided there for about 3 months

Here is my question... I haven't had a GOOD THICK PORTERHOUSE/T-BONE in soooooo long... my mouth is watering just THINKING about it... but where can I go to get a CUSTOM cut steak in the hinesville area? I plan on grilling as soon as I get home the end of next week...

It depends on how far you are willing to drive.

There is a grocery called "The Fresh Market" in Savanah where you can get custom cut steaks.

Or if you have a saw, a freezer, and if you know of a Sam's Club or B.J.'s in your area, you can pick up a short loin and cut them yourself.

Just watch your fingers
