I'm almost certain that even possession of buck shot on a WMA is illegal. I can't remember where I read that though. I could be wrong if someone knows for sure please advise...
You would think that if centerfire rifles (on private land) were legal for bobcat and fox then buckshot would be allowed as well.I don't see any reason to prohibit buckshot for fox and bobcat or hogs.
