Recessed Chokes and Lettered Shot

I have a Benelli Supernova, and recently came into some BBB (Hevi Metal) and T (steel) shot. I only have the recessed chokes that came with the gun (I usually just use it for Ducks and Doves) and typically shoot a Mod. I have a flight of geese that fly over my property every evening, but I've read online that using factory recessed chokes with non-toxic shot can cause bridging, and I've also seen haggling over at what constriction bridging ceases to be an issue.

What is the truth?

Just make sure it stamped STEEL OK, most Benelli chokes will, have a Vinci, SBE and M1.

Good luck

Pattern the gun on paper with the improved cylander and the modified with both loads which ever one throws the best pattern at 40 yards with the BBB and T shot is what you want either size is death on a goose. I have killed a pile of stuff with T shot but its really hard to do better than a 1 3/8 Oz. load of BBB at 1550 fps
