does anybody hunt them and how do they hunt

only seen a few and its been a while the ones i saw hunted like a good cur dog and were rough as all outside

i had a ridgeback pitt cross that caught and held till it thundered he had a decent nose to great dog

I guess you haven't watched "Hogs Gone Wild" the Ridik dog is a little too short range for me

The Ridik dog is a Great Dane. The older dog they use is a ridgeback cross. I have a couple of Ridgebacks. They are like most breeds some are extremely good, some fair, and some you wouldn't want to feed. They are real intellegent and in my opinion work better as a cross.
