Saturday Night Halibut

Thawed out some halibut tonight. Pan seared a filet. Roasted some Windy Hill Farms purple taters, and combined with some sweated down onion, garlic and dill. Mashed those together and made a cake. Sauce is a dill-lemon-cream sauce.

Looks good. I did some broiled in butter Dolphin but I didn't go that fancy.
