Still Got Halibut

Wouldn’t say we’re saving on groceries by any means after getting there, the boat, processing, shipping etc, but the amount of halibut, with some cod and salmon thrown in, we’ve enjoyed this summer is substantial and still have several meals of halibut left. Last night I pan seared some filets and made a brandy cream pan sauce after searing the fish. Served that over some blistered broccolini. Roasted up the last of the shishito peppers and made salad topped with some homemade creole pecans. Had some halibut left over and made a couple of blackened halibut sammiches for lunch today.
