Saturday night surf n turf....

My son provided supper this evening, we had a wagu filet for an appetizer, he found an online deal and picked up a few small ones, it was pretty good. he cooked two more prime filets, and a ribeye for the turf. For the surf, cajun lobster tails, and some shrimp he sauted in asian chili sauce with cabbage, he did pretty good, it was a mighty fine meal here at the house.

Two cheese grill cheese (cheddar and mozzarella), chicken patty, mater, mayo and chips.

The pear and kiwi were a bonus

Daaaaang! and no I ain't Joe Dirt but those plates of superlative goodness look off the chain, out of the barnyard, across the pasture and down by the creek good! Bet it all tasted good too!

He did a great job, he worked in the restaurant for so long he still enjoys cooking. I think he enjoys it now just being able to do it because he wants to, and not for work. He's a grown into a good man.
