Scalloped 'taters & ham!

This might be my all time favortie dish that my wife makes for me. Usually after the holidays we have some leftover Honey Baked ham that we freeze for this dish and green beans. This is so good I could just about eat the whole thing myself! Smokey ham and cheesy creamy taters, just one of my all time favs!

Those look mighty tasty! I would pay a stack of money if I could have her recipe. Favorite meal for me post thanksgiving or Christmas.
