Sevr Broadheads

I have stayed away from mechanicals after an issue with a Swacker but I am trying the Sevr 1.5 this year. They fly well but that is expected being a mechanical.

I am trying them after Bowhunter64 on YouTube tested them. They passed a torture test than many fixed heads fail and I believe all other mechanicals had failed. Based on his review, they are also supposed to penetrate very well. We shall see.

Sevr deep6 2.1 titanium entrance
I liked the Ulmer Edge, it shutdown then 5/6years Sevr came out, it’s super close but not exactly the same. They changed the tip and blade angles to help them be tougher. But I like the head, quiet super low profile, leaves a hole. I’ll have a few of the 2.0 125grs in my quiver. This is the entry, the slap cut is pretty impressive.

What are y’all’s thoughts on using this mechanical on a crossbow?

I believe they are approved for crossbows, when you go their website there’s an option to select between vertical or crossbow. But I’d use them without worrying at all out of a Xbow.
