Six Gill reels?

Any of y'all fish "Six Gill" branded reels?

Apparently they're doing a two for one special on their Typhoon baitcaster. Works out to about $60/per reel. Might be worth it if they're a decent product.

I have used their rods for the last 4 years. Absolutely love them. I started using some the reels last year and have been pleased for the price as well.

They use the same Chinese OEM as kastking, favorite, and piscifun. For $60 I'd buy a daiwa fuego off ebay, otherwise just buy the knockoff reels off allibaba.

I service my personal reels(complete teardown annually). I have a couple that just turned 30 years old that work as they did new. I've got friends that use the H2O reels,$60 reels. Every 2 years they replace them. They work fine for a while. Better to have one good $120 reel than two $60 pieces of junk.
