My sons and I have found 12-14 points around our 1 acre lot in a subdivision in Cherokee County. A small tributary of the Etowah River runs on Southwest side of our property. To think about those folks living here that long ago and we are living here now is a very cool thing to think about.

It`s a Suwannee. It`s the oldest unbroken Paleo I`ve found. Dougherty County find.

I love seeing points like these, good representations of thousands of years of stone tool development. Hard to hold one of those in your hand and not feel a connection to the past. Thanks for sharing!
