Squirrel taste AWESOME

So I hadn't had any squirrel since I was young kid and couldn't remember what they taste like. The other day I shot a fox squirrel. All I can say is squirrel is heavy on the hit list now!!!!! That rascal tasted AWESOME. I boiled it for about 20 minutes dried it off, put it in some seasoned flour, and dropped it in the grease. Alot of squirrels are fixing to die around here.

We like to sautéed them on stove top using grape seed oil with panko crumbs, black pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt.
