Sunday Lunch

Something a little different today. Had a couple of buck rabbits in the freezer that I thought might be a little tuff if I fried them up so I cooked them off in the crock pot yesterday and pulled the meat and made a pot of dumplings with them today for lunch. Was pretty good.

threw some leftover beef tips over some noodles. seemed like it needed a dollop of sour cream?
