Browned some boneless chicken thighs, put some taters and the best carrots on the planet from Windy Hill Farm into that pan with some stock, w’shire, onions, garlic and thyme and let it cook for a while. Put the thighs back on top and finished in the oven. Topped with a cream sauce made from garlic, sun dried tomatoes and capers.1F065506-3950-47D8-82F7-079070F27FE3.jpeg
