Tried the Johnsonville Hatch brats. Pretty tasty.

I’ll get the recipe for you. She made a couple of different kinds.

My wife is from New Mexico and before her mother moved here we'd go there to visit. In New Mexico they sell and roast green chile on the side of the road like they sell boiled peanuts here. You buy however many you want and they will roast them for you for free. There are these barrel shaped baskets that turn over a jet burner and in a few minutes they are roasted. Put them in a paper bag and by the time you get home they are ready to peel and freeze. The smell around those places is amazing!

Haven’t gotten the recipe out of her yet, but I did get a picture. Tastes really good on biscuits. Just not good for my blood sugar.

I know the peaches were pretty firm so we did a qiuck run through the food processor to get everything to a more manageable size.

As in what are some good recipes from those on here.
Already researched online for a few ideas.
And based on reviewing the thread, they freeze nicely?

I just buy the little bitty cans.

They are about perfect size for a med lasagna tray full of enchiladas.

Love them.

If you want to freeze some I'd char 'em up on the grill and then put them in a bag, the steam will help them to peel.
