This one's for you, Paymaster

While you're cooped up recovering, I fixed dinner for you.

I call it Surf and Turf and Erf.

Filet marinated in Paymaster's special steak juice, Giant shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic and herb seasoning, and a baked tater with butter, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar and sprinkled with cracked black pepper and Himalayan salt.

I've got a couple of those buttermilk pies in the oven now.

I did steaks twice that way without telling the wife. Best steak she ever had. She bought some more and told me to use that same seasoning and caught me with the coffee
