I call it Surf and Turf and Erf.
Filet marinated in Paymaster's special steak juice, Giant shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic and herb seasoning, and a baked tater with butter, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar and sprinkled with cracked black pepper and Himalayan salt.
I've got a couple of those buttermilk pies in the oven now.
