Pork Steak and Strickland's with Red Potatoes and Cabbage Steamed in Apple Juice and Balsamic Vinegar. Pretty Good.

Had some leftover pork from lunch at The Smokin’ Pig BBQ in Anderson, SC earlier.
Made a loaded fries bowl with it-Redneck Bibimbap!

Man I enjoyed these! Duck chorizo tacos….. the sausage from Amaroo Hills Farms. Pickled red onion and jalapeño, fried taters coated in flour heavy with cumin and chili powder, roasted pablano sauce and cilantro.

Looks good!!! No pic, ate at my daughters, phone in truck charging. We had scrambled beef, little mushroom gravy and onion and corn on the cob.,

The onion, red tomatoes, and corn was homegrown by my son in laws Dad. I raised the beef.
