Thursday Night Supper! What Y'all Having?

Almost 2 pound Top Sirloin here.
Going to try to copy Golden Corral. I love their Sirloin. And... Baked Potato and Corn. Maybe a slice of fresh tomato. Pics prolly be ready in an hour.

New York Strip grilled briefly over hickory wood, Chanterelle and garlic cream, duck fat and garlic garden green beans, paprika red potatoes. Skipped every meal today for this moment. Red wine and salad not pictured.

That Sirloin was AWESOME and don't cost near as much as a Ribeye or Strip. I'll be buying these unless Ribeye is on sale, deep sale. Prolly won't ever buy another Strip but I got 4 in the freezer that needs eating.

Nothing left of my plate but tater skin and a corn cob.

Went to my granddaughter's birthday party, think I got invited to man the grill, which I don't mind at all. Hard to believe she's 11. Got to hang with my others too...enjoy them while they are young, they grow up way too fast. Yongest grandson got his euro mount I did for him too.

Ain't had a wife on paper since 1997. That was #2. Now I just let them move in until she can't put up with me no more and just leaves.

It's a LOT cheaper that way and I've done it a few times.
