Elk, sort of Asian style. Soy ginger pepper oil sesame oil onion and garlic…pineapple too… not too bad

have a tag for this year, so it’s got me thinking how a couple hundred lbs will work into the meal plan. Wife won’t eat unless ground to burger…

H22 and I tried to do a redneck version of Ireland's steak and biscuits we used to get a long, long time ago. Marinated venison with some buttermilk biscuits. About 2 or 3 bites per biscuit. Little bitty things, but oh so good.
