We have 1000 acres in southern Troup County that is a mixture of planted pines and hardwoods. Our campsite has running water, electricity and Direct tv. We have roughly 15 acres in food plots. We just got through planting a mixture of lab lab, soybeans and iron clay peas for the summer and intend on planting clover and cereal grains in the fall to convert the plots into perennials. Currently they are thinning around 300 acres of pines and are putting in new log loading decks and skidder trails. They will be off the property by July and a couple of the decks will potentially be available for new members to convert into food plots roughly 3/4 to 1 acre in size. New this year as well we have started a feeding and mineral program. We currently have 10 mineral sites that we refresh monthly and 10 feeding stations that we are putting soybean based 18% protein feed in. When we started the protein feed we cut it with corn to get the deer to start eating it but have since gone to straight protein in most all of the sites. Some of our members have been hunting this lease for 20+ years with it becoming a QDM managed club 9 years ago. We have 2 ponds on the property for duck hunting and 2 areas that with ample rain such as last year create flooded timber for waterfowl. So far this turkey season we have harvested 4 toms off the property as well. We use a 2 stand system on the property for deer hunting meaning that you get to claim 2 areas that are yours alone and hunt them as you see fit. Any of the property that is not claimed and does not disturb someones claimed area we use a pin in system. We generally have 6 - 8 of those areas. We currently have 15 members and would like to add at least 1 member possibly 2 with the right situation. The dues are 1300 and are due upon you joining. This pays for your membership for 1 calender year starting May 1st 2014 and ending May 1st 2015. Your wife and kids (under 21) hunt for free under your membership. If you have any questions or would like to take a look at the property feel free to give me a call or email.

Thanks,
