A couple of nights ago I made some seared scallops. Served those up with some roasted cauliflower purée with ginger, roasted garlic, sesame oil, onion and soy sauce. Topped off with some sort of Thai type sauce that I threw together. Last night did a variety of fresh veggies with the main item consisting of a stuffed butternut squash. The stuffing was some of the squash, red onion, garlic, kale, pumpkin seeds, fig, honey and goat cheese. Today we had a pizza lunch at Top of the Rock.
