Where to find Burl lumber

May be the wrong place to ask but I am needing a little burl lumber. My daughter is getting married in october and I want to make her and her mom matching jewelry boxes as a wedding gift to go along with a necklace im getting her. I can't find anywhere local to buy a small amount as everyone here only sells huge slabs and I don't need that much. I would love walnut but beggars can't be choosers so I will buy whatever I can find thats pretty.

I think I would hunt down some of the guys that run portable band mills. They seem to be more willing to cut lumber a sawmill won't touch because they are scared of metal embedded in the tree. Plus, they are more likely to take a share of the wood for cutting it up, too. Maybe one of them would have some, or at least be able to point you in the right direction
