Same thing happened to me back in November. Didn’t hunt one particular morning I had planned on, and the biggest deer we’ve had around in a few years, an impressive 150in 10 point, was out in daylight, and would have came by both of the two stands I would have hunted. Neighbor wound up killing him around thanksgiving. Part of why I love it so much is just the unpredictable nature of bucks, and the imagined games they play with us.
