Hello Y'all and hope everyone had an fun opening week!
Ours was great with family and friends and pretty nice weather! Very thankful!
Finally my wife got her 1st bird!!! Her "no gobbler" curse has been broken!! And our 6yr old daughter was with us!!
Daughter wanted to carry him out by herself.

My fine 17 yr old nephew has hunted with my brother in law his whole life and has had much fat gobbler success.
This year he wanted to try on his own! His own calling, spot picking, his own set up decisions, his own everything! His 1st morning on his own he calls in 2 birds and kills them both with one shot!!!
I got the text and asked my 8 yr old son if he wanted to keep hunting or go help his cousin with his birds? That didn't take long to figure out!
My bro in law is fixin to turn 40 and his knees are wore out, his back is wore out and his clothes don't fit anymore but when he heard the shot and got the text he said he ran non stop all the way up loop rd to his truck which is like 2 miles!!!!
We had fresh buffalo gobbler strips in camp!!!
Just thought this was hillarious on the last morning of the week. My 8 yr old has been goin to bed late and waking up early and it shows!!!!! Ahhhhhh

We get to go back to camp for a long weekend in 2 more weeks!!!! Cant wait
