Mrs. Hoss whipped up some cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Yeah they were good.

Yeah, blood glucose went up but I’ve always said if I can’t eat things I like once in a while, life would be pretty miserable. I don’t like being miserable.

This morning’s breakfast straight out of the backyard. Pen raised hog, fresh tomatoes and eggs. GF called at 4 AM said her power was off due to storm - headed to my house. I got on up and cooked.

I can attest to that. Had to put mine down Dec 2021. Liked to killed us both. Bought her a filet minion the night before and grilled it rare for her.
