Didn't keep track, but many early mornings this year spent on the road (or hiking in).
Always keeping an eye out for the little things.
Nice trout my boy landed in a stream that hasn't been stocked in over 20 years. After this outing he didn't lip any more unless they were heading to the cooler.
Caught the sun rays penetrating the canopy up in the mountains when trout fishing.
Shoal fishing is something we enjoy!

His first brookie! He was ecstatic when he landed it!
Couple times we came across cubs and mom.
Some areas the access really prevented the van from going in so we took the MDX and made do.

I think this was late Sept or early October. I compare his face here to early 2023 pics and he looks so grown up in just months.

@basshappy Unless I missed it I don’t see Beppe holding a striper. Let’s get him one this year
Man he has landed them in the Hootch, but not in that creek. After I saw a few big ones in that creek I imagine hooking up with one ... Hopefully Beppe can hook up with one this year in the creek. I think he has a better shot landing it if he is standing in the water versus in his yak.
