Liver.... I have soaked it in milk, buttermilk, and water/vinegar. I have increased the ratio of onions to liver by twofold.

I still cannot kill the taste enough.

I do want to be able to eat it- but I can't.

Oh yeah- Can't eat fake meat.

I can survive and live just fine off everything but beans. Been surviving that way for over half a century, and can continue just fine, regardless of the state of the fans and it. :)

Got a question for you. Got a rock on the New River and its got a perfectly rounded hole in it. You think it was used as a mortar to grind mussels and snails/shella up? Nuts? Only nuts around are a few walnut trees

Possibly, or it might be waterworn. Can you get a picture of it?

Been meaning to get pics, but the ducks and geese seem to get in the way.

It's a big flat rock with the hole in the very center right at the waters edge, wouldn't think water could wear it like it is.

Next time I'm up that way, I will

It probably is a mortar then. Right next to water would be handy too.
