3000 acre southeast Kansas deer lease

I have a 3000 acre southeast Kansas ranch that i'm leasing out for archery or rifle season.The ranch has 3 miles of river bottoms and timbered draws.There are beans in the fields,There is a cabin on the ranch that will sleep 6.The rancher would like to lease to a group.$3.00 per acre. We would like to keep it 140" or better.6 hunters max. There are tags for sale online while they last.I know it's late in the year but it just fell in my lap.So i had to ask.
