A friend of mine would like this plant identified.

Growing in Crisp co., I’m fairly sure it’s not native. It’s the bamboo looking plant, not the one with red blooms.

After reading it’s identity, the inter webs say it’s native to Africa. The one I posted is in a flower bed in Crisp co.
