Asparagus

We were down in Savannah on river street a couple of years ago and noticed that "fried asparagus" was listed as an appetizer on the menu, so we ordered it. It is really good that way, we cook it at home every once in a while, simply flour it, salt/pepper, and fry it up.

I have never Fried Aspargus but it sounds good. I will try it soon. Thanks.
