Bbq buck

Needed some therapy for my deer hunting withdrawals so I thawed a roast from this year's buck. Put it on the akorn with heavy smoke for an hour then wrapped in foil and finished in the oven. Unwrapped, cut into small chunks, and put in a pan with the drippings and some bbq sauce. Mixed it all up and it turned out pretty good. FB_IMG_1579477948706.jpg
