Busted

I'm in the North Georgia foothills this weekend for a photoshoot and the turkeys are everywhere in the fields. Pulled over to photograph this tom strutting his stuff to two hens.

He wasn't too crazy about the crazy guy jumping out of his truck with a huge lens.

Still made for a pretty shot amongst the wildflowers.

This was near Dahlonega...

They are all over the fields and valleys near Helen, Dahlonega, Cleveland, etc.

All on private and probably unhunted lands, but it still is great to see.

I noticed in the game check results some pretty impressive numbers being checked in , in those areas
