Is this even legal? Looks amazing!!!I've done beef short ribs smoked before. They were not all that good. Not much meat on them. Today I did beef plate ribs. I marinated them in my steak wet rub over night. 8 hour smoke at 225* on the Akorn. I will certainly do these again. They were outstanding. Here are some pics.
