That's a upgrade from mine, it hooks up to your smart phone.. mine doesn't.. but then I don't have a smart phone to hook up to.

I believe I have a good place to install it up on the roof facia. Or, an alternate place on the deck. Just needs to be where you can change the batteries when needed. The only negative I've read, actually, is people have trouble with the wifi and connection to underground weather app. Not a problem for me, as I don't plan on connecting to any outside apps or sites.
