Now I need to find a painter to repaint all my trim. Looking at some of the windows, I'm going to have to replace the trim around some of them. After that, everything should be good to go. I had the company I worked for replace my entire a/c system a couple years ago and I replaced the water heater last year. The only other appliance that needs replaced is the gas range. That's on the to do list as well, as soon as I find one I like.
