These were stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar, and cooked bacon. Had pickles too, but they didn't make it long enough for pics :bounce:

yeah splain yourself!! we need a recipe!

My good...my good...

Half and seed/rib the peppers

Mix up cheeses and bacon. We seasoned the mixture with a little garlic powder.

Make a flour dredge. I just use AP flour, tony c's, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt.

The easiest way to get the mixture in the peppers is to just put on some gloves and form it into the peppers.

Lay out a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet with a lip and put the stuffed peppers on that.

Get a bowl of buttermilk and your flour dredge and run all the poppers through the buttermilk then flour mixture and return to the cooling rack.

Then get a bowl of your favorite seasoned breadcrumbs and run the dredged poppers through the buttermilk and then the breadcrumbs and return to cooling rack.

Fry in 380 degree pnut oil or whatever you have on hand for 2-4 minutes. Just watch them and when the cheese starts coming out and the crust is brown they're done.
