Grilled Supper This Evening

Grilled halibut and zucchini and blistered shashito peppers. A little glaze made from soy sauce, brandy, honey, garlic and such.

Did something different (for us) tonight. Oven baked Italian brats and cauliflower. Some red sauce on when done. Appetizer was some tomato with balsamic and olive oil.

My work hours got changed again, and disrupted our supper plans, so it was Zaxbys tonight
