I do too. Their customer service is stellar. They’ve even replaced parts that I told them I dropped and lost.

I've been stumped before....simply had to pick up the phone and call the folks at RCBS and solid loading advice was given...right then and there.

Hoping this will always bee the case.

i have only had 1 mediocre experience with them...the rest were stellar. I used the contact us for that one and when it got escalated up to tech support it was spot on and an apology for the other.

Yep. I was having a problem with my 6mmARC loads not wanting to fully chamber. The tech gave suggested more cam over. I thought I already had plenty, but another 1/4 turn had me up and running.
