Cold weather is coming back and I craved something spicy. I can't take credit for the recipe. It comes from Kent Rollins. Look him up. You won't be disappointed. Everything I've made from his recipes has been excellent. And these were perfect. Onion, tomato, garlic, jalapeno, serrano, and ancho and guajillo chiles blended into a sauce, simmered, and put on to over easy eggs and corn tortillas cooked in bacon grease.
