Scrambled 2 eggs into it.

Viva la Mexico. Spent the last week below the border. Got home late last night and whipped up some home grown deer burgers (much needed). Topped with some hot sauce we picked up down there and paired with the two tequilas we brought back. Good little mix-match ….

Made this the other morning. 3 scrambled eggs, peppers & onions, crumbled bacon, cheese, and crumbled tater tots mixed in there, and 2 pieces of toast. I ate it all, but didn’t feel like fightin’ anybody afterward.
