Actually I would also add a thick smoked bacon like I use to..But the price I would pay health wise, far outways the yearn! I really hate the fact that I am severely crippled as to what I can and what I can't eat...Most times it really S**ks but I have no other option...Lord knows how I miss being able to enjoy the freedom of cooking choices..I now weigh less than I did coming home from Nam, It is what it is and not by choice but necessity. Although sometimes I do cheat!
