Interesting combination. I don’t normally think of 4198 paired with LR Magnum primers.

going back down the 1st if you don't find any

Everglades Ammo has the powder in stock

@bullgator might be OK in a 45-70 with a reduced load to compensate for all that powder

It's for a CVA Scout 45-70 that was converted to a smokeless muzzleloader. It uses a primer module and does not take standard 209 primers.

Powder and primer are recommended with some rounds that I can't recall the name at this time for this converted rifle. It's for my boss. He tasked me with finding everything. I said wish me luck lol
